The Archbishop is giving Monday, February 8th as a free day to celebrate the Colts success win or lose. We have to make up the day so it will be Friday, May 7th. Enjoy the Super Bowl!

Registration for the 2010-2011 School Year:

Re-enrollment:

Forms are now on this web site under Resources. They should be printed off and returned with $100.00 Registration/ Book Fee by Thursday, February 11th.

New Family Registration:

New family registration for students in grades K through 8 will take place on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, from 8:30am to 10:30am in the school cafeteria.

Kindergarten families:

Kindergarten students should be 5 years old by August 1, 2010. Please bring a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, and, if the child was not baptized at St. Jude Church, a copy of the Baptismal Certificate. Parish members should have their Church Envelope Number available.

Grade School:

For any student enrolling in grade 1, we will need a copy of the Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, and a Baptismal Certificate unless the child was baptized at St. Jude.

Parishioners:

To enroll as a St. Jude Parishioner, you must have a “Parish Registration Verification” form signed by an authorized Parish Center employee. Please call the Parish Center 786-4371 to have this form faxed to the school. The Registration Fee is $100.00 per child and is payable at Registration.
